yesterday the queen was at the royal signals and radar establishment in malvern
whilst there she apparently sent something called an email
boffins tell us that this is going to be the way that all heads of state will eventually communicate
although what they will have to say to people will doubtless not be that interesting
i mean what are they likely to do with this electronic version of mail? (or whatever comes after that)
its not as though it could be used for anything serious
like urging people to contact their representatives to change their votes on a funding limit
mark my words - it will never catch on
